About Me

My name is Travis Tarrant and I’m a qualified Personal Trainer with additional certifications in Sports Massage Therapy. Since 2015, I have worked across health, fitness, and rehabilitation settings, including commercial gyms, private studios, and health clinics, helping a wide range of clients from athletes and gym-goers to those managing pain or injury.

What makes my approach unique is how I combine expert personal training with a strong understanding of movement and manual therapy. While my primary focus is helping you achieve your fitness goals through personalised training, I also offer sports massage and therapy as valuable tools to support recovery, improve mobility, and enhance performance when appropriate.

I offer personal training in two environments. I work from a private, fully equipped studio at House of Health in Hever, and I also provide one-to-one coaching at Foundry Gym in Tonbridge. This allows clients to choose the setting that best suits them, whether they prefer a quiet, private space or a high-quality gym environment.

Many clients come to me with challenges caused by long-term patterns such as poor posture, muscle imbalances, or recurring injuries. By addressing these through structured training and, where suitable, therapeutic techniques, I help clients make lasting improvements rather than short-term fixes.

Every programme and session is tailored to your individual needs and goals. Whether you are new to training, returning after time away, or an experienced athlete, I am committed to supporting your journey with clear guidance, motivation, and expert care.
