House of Health is a private wellness space located within the grounds of Hever Golf Course, providing a peaceful and professional environment just outside Edenbridge. The facility features a fully equipped private studio gym, offering the perfect setting for focused personal training, corrective exercises, and rehabilitation sessions tailored specifically to you.
As you approach, follow signs for Hever Golf Course. Once you drive through the main gates into the golf course grounds, House of Health is the first building on the left.
Free, convenient parking is available on-site for all clients.
