At Foundry Gym in Tonbridge, sessions take place in a high-quality commercial gym with excellent equipment. This option suits clients who enjoy a gym setting but want structured, supportive coaching with clear guidance throughout each session.
If you prefer to train with others, I also offer personal training for couples or small groups by request. These sessions combine personalised coaching with the motivation and accountability of training together, while still ensuring individual goals and needs are supported.

Foundry Gym, Tonbridge
For Foundry Gym members, personal training sessions are £45 per session.
For non-members, sessions are £55 per session, which includes the gym day pass fee.
